Check the accuracy and completeness of documents (CVs, diplomas, ID, proof of funding, etc.).
-
Keep our application management system up to date.
-
Coordinate pre-training sessions or info meetings.
-
Ensure smooth handover of files and updates to trainers and relevant departments (finance, support, HR…).
Internal coordination
-
Work closely with educational, technical, and commercial teams.
-
Suggest improvements for tools and the applicant experience.
-
Take part in team life: weekly meetings, best practice sharing, feedback from the field.
Event facilitation
-
Help organize informational webinars or group info sessions about our programs.
-
Represent Sud HT at virtual events, forums, and online open houses.
