As part of our continuous growth, we are looking to expand our commercial team by hiring a Business Development Manager (M/F). This role is strategic, sitting at the crossroads between recruitment, client relationship management, commercial negotiation, and talent sourcing.

Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in growing our business and expanding our client portfolio while ensuring that we meet their evolving needs in terms of skills and talent acquisition.
You will operate across the entire sales cycle, taking a structured, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify new prospects (startups, SMEs, large enterprises) in target sectors such as technology, industry, and services.

Participate in lead qualification, calls for tenders, and appointment setting.

Conduct client meetings with a consultative mindset to understand their challenges.
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Identify, approach, and assess technical consultants, freelancers, and other expert profiles aligned with client needs.

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified talent in anticipation of future requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate matching of profiles and missions.
Proposal & Offer Development

Prepare customized commercial proposals aligned with the client’s objectives, timeline, and budget.

Run pricing simulations and calculate consultant compensation while ensuring profitability.

Ensure proposals remain competitive and attractive in a fast-paced market.
Mission Monitoring & Administrative Support

Regularly follow up on active assignments, provide support to consultants (check-ins, feedback, relationship management).

Oversee contractual and administrative processes including signatures, renewals, and HR documentation.

Ensure high levels of satisfaction for both clients and consultants throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Client Relationship Development

Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and become a key point of contact.

Understand business needs and anticipate future skills requirements.

Identify new business opportunities through existing engagements.
Negotiation & Contract Management

Lead commercial negotiations to achieve win-win agreements.

Ensure the smooth execution of contracts under optimal conditions (timelines, legal compliance, clarity).

Work closely with HR, legal, and technical teams to streamline all processes.
Profile Sought

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: able to connect with both technical profiles and C-level clients.

Strong team spirit, proactivity, and a natural curiosity for innovation and technology.
Education & Technical Proficiency:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

Prior experience in a tech company, consultancy, IT staffing firm, or startup is a strong asset.

Comfortable using productivity tools and CRM software for daily operations.

Familiarity with Odoo, Microsoft Teams, or other collaborative platforms is a plus.
