You will be responsible for embodying our vision and helping to expand our reach across digital communities by delivering engaging and impactful content.

As we expand our brand presence, we’re looking for someone who can play a central role in shaping how our voice is heard and understood across all digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities

As a Community Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital communication strategy. Your mission will be to build connections between the brand and its audience, foster a loyal community, and strengthen Sud HT’s visibility through consistent and high-impact storytelling.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Brand Visibility & Digital Presence

  • Lead and manage Sud HT’s presence across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and professional networks.

  • Ensure brand consistency, both in tone of voice and visual identity, across all published content.

  • Maintain and update the company’s official social media profiles and bios.

Web Marketing & SEO

  • Execute digital marketing actions including search engine optimization (SEO), link-building strategies, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize the website’s visibility and traffic, track key metrics (engagement rates, conversion rates), and refine strategies accordingly.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting with data-driven insights.

Content Creation & Editorial Management

  • Produce diverse editorial content such as posts, blog articles, newsletters, infographics, short videos, interviews, and more.

  • Manage and animate digital spaces: websites, forums, blogs, private groups, and other community platforms.

  • Conduct regular competitive intelligence to stay on top of trends, emerging best practices, and opportunities within the tech and AI ecosystem.

Community Engagement

  • Interact daily with followers, subscribers, and community members across all channels.

  • Provide timely and relevant responses to messages, comments, and inquiries.

  • Organize and promote online events (lives, webinars, Q&As, challenges, polls) to spark interest and boost community interaction.

  • Foster a strong, engaged, and loyal community that aligns with Sud HT’s vision and values.

Influence & Advocacy

  • Encourage participation and grow engagement through likes, shares, comments, and user-generated content.

  • Build and manage influencer collaborations or strategic partnerships with key figures in the AI, data, and tech sectors.

  • Identify and promote internal and external brand ambassadors to highlight case studies, success stories, and testimonials related to Sud HT.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should be both creative and strategic, able to manage multiple editorial projects while maintaining consistency and clarity in the brand’s message.

  • Excellent writing skills in both French and English, with flawless spelling and grammar.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical subjects (AI, data science, tech) for broader audiences.

  • Strong command of social media platforms and publishing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Experience with multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut or equivalent).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance data and refine digital strategies.

  • Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset, great listening skills, and a proactive approach.

Education & Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) or equivalent diploma in one of the following fields:

    • Digital Marketing

    • Communications or Media Studies

    • Content Strategy

    • Community Management

  • Previous experience in a similar role, either in-house or within a communications agency, is highly valued.
