Your Role

As a member of our technical team, you will play a key role in the development of our AI-driven data projects. Working in close collaboration with developers, business experts, cloud engineers, and project managers, your insights and models will directly contribute to the success of our products and clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing statistical models and algorithms to analyze, segment, and interpret large and diverse data sets.

• Developing predictive models that can anticipate behaviors, trends, and business evolution across a variety of industries.

• Creating smart analytical tools integrated into our software solutions, with the goal of improving search accuracy, user targeting, and recommendation relevance.

• Translating analytical outputs into clear, actionable, and user-friendly visualizations and reports to support decision-making.

• Identifying areas of optimization and innovation, and proposing data-based solutions with measurable impact.

You will also be expected to contribute to:

• Research and development of new data processing approaches, particularly in the field of machine learning and large-scale data architectures.

• Supporting recruitment by helping evaluate new Data team members and participating in technical assessments.

• Interacting with clients and partners to understand their business needs and propose tailored, data-driven solutions.

Profile We’re Looking For

You are passionate about data science, enjoy tackling complex problems, and feel comfortable working with high volumes of information. You are eager to make a meaningful contribution in an agile and fast-evolving environment.

Technical skills required:

• Strong command of Python, especially data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

• In-depth experience with SQL and NoSQL databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MySQL, etc.

• Solid experience using machine learning libraries, including TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.

• Strong background in applied statistics, predictive modeling, and mathematical optimization.

• Good understanding of modern IT architectures, including distributed systems and cloud infrastructures.

• Familiarity with deep learning models such as VGG 16/19, Yolo, and Darknet, as well as containerization tools like Docker, is a plus.
