As part of our growth, we are recruiting an IT Sales Representative to strengthen our support team and help ensure the daily efficiency of our operations.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients, especially in IT, AI, and Big Data sectors

• Confidently present our telephony and personalized solution offers

• Manage the entire sales cycle: from needs assessment to contract signing

• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to offer tailored solutions

• Maintain strong customer relationships and develop loyalty strategies

• Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate business opportunities

Job requirements

• Excellent spoken and written French

• Good command of English is a plus

• Previous experience in call centers is preferred

• Clear communication, active listening skills, and persuasive mindset

• Strong commercial drive, team spirit, and perseverance

• Dynamic, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed
