Your Role

As a senior PHP developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of our software solutions. You will work across all project phases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (data scientists, developers, project managers, UI/UX designers…).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex features in our PHP applications, with a strong focus on performance, robustness, and security.

• Working closely with both technical and functional teams to translate business needs into scalable and reliable solutions.

• Optimizing queries and ensuring seamless data integration using both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Implementing and maintaining automated tests to ensure continuous software quality.

• Actively contributing to the enhancement of development best practices, knowledge sharing, and tech watch.

You will also be encouraged to propose innovative ideas, test new tools or frameworks, and take part in architectural decision-making.

Profile Sought

You’re passionate about clean, well-structured code and enjoy tackling technical challenges in dynamic environments. You’re autonomous and rigorous, but also a team player who thrives in collaborative settings.

Required technical skills:

• Strong expertise in PHP, with mastery of frameworks like Laravel and Symfony.

• Solid front-end development skills using Angular and TypeScript, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with Django is a plus (even if not your primary stack).

• Thorough understanding of full-stack web architecture, including client-server interaction, security, and scalability.

• Good knowledge of SEO standards for web development.

• Proficient with collaborative development tools such as Git, Gitlab, and CI/CD workflows.

• Prior experience in mobile development (Android and/or iOS) is a strong asset.

Soft skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to propose innovative solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.

• Autonomy, precision, and a constant desire to learn and grow.

Education:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 – engineering school or equivalent), or a minimum of Bac+4 with solid professional experience.
