Job Description

As a Sourcing and Recruitment Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms

• Conducting sourcing activities using different job boards and professional social networks

• Identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talents according to expressed needs

• Providing weekly reports on all recruitment activities

• Conducting phone interviews and following up on the progress of applications

• Working closely with business managers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business School, University, or Human Resources program)

• Minimum experience within a consulting firm or IT services company (ESN)

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques (sourcing, direct approach, social networks) and significant experience in the IT and new technologies sector

• Excellent listening and communication skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities

• Team spirit and a strong sense of service are essential qualities

Prerequisites

• Good command of the French language: clear speech and effective call handling

• Solid understanding of the IT field is highly appreciated

• Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite)

• Previous recruitment experience is an asset

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
